Terms of Service

1. The service

Qwirva grades B2B leads on deliverability and business realness — email, phone and WhatsApp verification, domain and web recon, LLM realness scoring, lead discovery and enrichment — and maintains a shared, deduplicated B2B lead corpus. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be acting for a business and be authorised to bind that business. You are responsible for the security of your workspace credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• verify or enrich consumer (non-business) contact data, or special-category data;
• send unlawful, unsolicited or deceptive communications, or otherwise breach applicable anti-spam, marketing or data-protection law;
• resell, scrape or bulk-export the corpus other than through the service as intended;
• probe, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any data you upload, and for honouring opt-outs. See our Privacy Notice for how we process data and the public opt-out.

4. The shared lead corpus

Eligible business-contact records verified, discovered or enriched through the service are pooled into the shared corpus, as described in the Privacy Notice. Records on a consent basis, and suppressed subjects, are never pooled. By using the service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process eligible business-contact data for this purpose, subject to the rights and suppression mechanisms in the Privacy Notice.

5. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans and pay-as-you-go credits are billed through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Credits are consumed by metered actions (verification, discovery, enrichment); bring-your-own-key actions are not metered. Except where required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.

6. Service availability & data accuracy

We work to keep the service available and the grading useful, but verification and realness results are probabilistic signals, not guarantees. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; you remain responsible for your own decisions and communications.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service, its users, or the shared sending infrastructure. Suppression and erasure requests survive termination.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
